Yoga Nidra is a very restorative practice and no prior experience is necessary. Yoga Nidra means "sleep meditation". The practice uses techniques that naturally and effortlessly disengage you from your thoughts while you are resting in a comfortable position, fully supported by blankets and props. This practice is helpful for many conditions including: stress, insomnia, chronic pain, anxiety, or general healing from an injury or surgery. In addition to Yoga, I've been working in the financial services industry for over 30 years. I am comfortable teaching in a corporate setting and will offer instruction that is relatable and relevant for your employees.
