Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a very restorative practice and no prior experience is necessary. Yoga Nidra means "sleep meditation". The practice uses techniques that naturally and effortlessly disengage you from your thoughts while you are resting in a comfortable position, fully supported by blankets and props. This practice is helpful for many conditions including: stress, insomnia, chronic pain, anxiety, or general healing from an injury or surgery. Corporate Classes

In addition to Yoga, I've been working in the financial services industry for over 30 years. I am comfortable teaching in a corporate setting and will offer instruction that is relatable and relevant for your employees. Topics can include: managing stress, desk yoga for spinal health, and relaxation.


Private Instruction

 Private instruction is wonderful for many reasons.  Here are a few:

  • You’ve never taken a yoga class before and you would like to learn the basics before jumping into a group class
  • You have a special condition such as an injury or illness that would be better served through a customized program
  • You simply prefer the privacy and individualized attention!
